I Am On Diet

161 cm (tinggi) 65 kg (berat)
gemuk kan aku. macam peguin

breakfast (9am - 11 am) :
mushroom soup with garlic bread + plain water.

lunch (12pm - 3pm) :
bubur nasi + plain water + fruits.

dinner (7pm - 8pm) :
biskut + milk + plain water + teh herba.

doakan aku berjaya okay. aku dah rasa gemuk sangat sekarang. pakai baju pun dah ketat. nampak habis lemak2 aku. haha. :D i want to prove to my another half. aku boleh kurus, baby. by the way, i miss him a lot today. :'( can't stop thinking of him. i hope he miss me too. selamat malam, semua.
